| For All Delivery: |
| All items are send through via Singapore post office, either by Standard Mail, or Registered Mail. |
| SingPost working days are from Monday to Friday, 0800hrs to 1700hrs and Closed on Saturdays, Sunday and Public Holiday. |
| Currently we provide FREE SHIPPING to ALL countries. |
| All items are shipped from either Singapore or China. |
| Orders are shipped out within 3 business days after receipt of payment. |

| For Singapore Delivery: |
| We like to apologize that we do not do meet up at MRT, or Local delivery at Meet up Points. |
| Delivery within Singapore mainland will take between 2 to 4 business days. |
|
| For US and Other Countries Delivery : |
| On an average, it will take around 1-15 business days to deliver the packages to US or UK. |
| Other countries may take longer, 15-30 business days. |
| Take considerable postal delays if there are public holidays at both end. |
| Please allow up to 7-10 business days for domestic deliveries. |
| Local pick-up are not available. |
| All articles will be send via Register mail, and receive a tracking number. |

| As a buyer, it is your duty to pay the tax when you make an order from abroad. Our price does not include taxes, VAT, or other hidden charges. |

| RETURN POLICY |

| Any defective products must be reported within 5 days upon receipt, only replacement is available after that. |
| Merchandise must be returned within 14 days and in the original packaging accompanied with return form and must have tracking number from shipping carrier. |
| Buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges, and we will send out a replacement free of charge. |
| We will carefully inspect returned items upon receipt before issuing credits, or exchanges. |
| A refund may be issued if replacement is not available. |
| Shipping cost and registered mail fee is non-refundable. |
| We will charged a 20% restocking fee for any return for any refund. |
